A Shiny New Brewery

Gone are the days of spending a whole day brewing to produce 4.5 barrels (bbls) of beer. We have finally made the jump from a 1.5 bbl brewhouse with 3 bbl fermenters to a 15 bbl brewhouse and 30 bbl fermenters. Even more dramatic is the move from 400 sqft to 10,000 sqft including a tap room.
